Therapy is a clinical service and may be billed through insurance or private pay.

Coaching is a shorter-term, goal-focused process designed to support you in moving forward with clarity and intention.

It focuses on the present and future—helping you take actionable steps toward your goals—rather than exploring deeper or long-standing emotional patterns.

Coaching can help you:

  • clarify your goals and values 
  • build confidence and alignment 
  • navigate transitions with intention 
  • strengthen boundaries and communication 
  • step into your next chapter with clarity 

Coaching is non-clinical and offered on a private pay basis only.
